For your wedding day, KiraKira Artistry offers traditional Japanese wedding attire with professional dressing and personal support from preparation through the end of the celebration. We will work with you in advance to select your attire and prepare the garments and accessories for your wedding day. An optional pre-wedding fitting may also be scheduled for couples who would like to try their selected kimono in advance.
On the wedding day, your kimono dresser will dress you at the venue and remain with you throughout the ceremony and to make adjustments, maintain the proper fit and presentation of the kimono, and assist with movement as needed. At the end of the scheduled time, we will also assist with undressing and carefully fold and prepare the garments for return.
Shichi-Go-San is a traditional celebration held each November to pray for the healthy growth and well-being of children aged three, five, and seven. At KiraKira Artistry, we offer fully coordinated Shichi Go San portrait sessions in kimono. From professional kimono dressing and styling to guided portrait photography and heirloom albums, each session is carefully arranged to create a joyful atmosphere and honor the beautiful spirit of childhood.
We reserve only one session per day, allowing children the time and space to move naturally, rest when needed, and simply be themselves while we guide them gently. Final portraits are professionally refined to ensure beautifully presented kimono and polished imagery, even when little ones are full of movement.
